Heard Sri Anil Kumar Chaurasia for the petitioner and Sri Ravindra Singh for respondents-3 and 4.
This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents to release the post retiral dues of the petitioner.
It has been stated that the petitioner retired from the post of Tractor Driver on 30.4.2017, but his post retiral dues has not been paid till today. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending before General Manager (respondent-3).
The writ petition is disposed of directing General Manager (respondent-3) to decide the representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
