JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajeev Singh,J.
Heard Sri Anilesh Tewari, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State/respondents no. 1 to 3.
Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, has submits that during the course of investigation, sufficient credible and incriminating evidence has been found against the petitioner and, therefore, a charge-sheet dated 13.01.2021 has been prepared and submitted the same to the Court concerned. Thus, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
