Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the order dated 21.05.2018 in Case No. 1381 of 2013 (State vs. Mumtaz and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 253 of 2011, under Sections- 363, 366, 376, 120-B, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali, District- Mau, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mau.
The applicant has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. After going through the order passed by the court below no interference is called for. However, it is provided that if the applicant surrenders before the court below and applies for bail within a period of 30 days it shall be consider and decide the bail application in accordance with law for a period of 30 days.
Till thes no coercive measures shall be taken against the applicant.
This application is disposed of.
