JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is the holder of building permit for constructing six villas. In view of Ext.P2, the petitioner does not require a permit for the purpose of extracting ordinary earth. However for the purpose of transporting the earth, the petitioner requires P form.
2. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to issue necessary P form to the petitioner on being satisfied with the genuineness of the claim of the petitioner based on the building permit. Needful shall be done within a period of ten days form the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment without insisting on production of No Objection Certificate.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
