Heard Sri Mazhar Ullah, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Vikrant Gupta, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for State.
This writ petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. dated 10.11.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 0723 of 2018 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 504, 323, 307, 336 I.P.C., Police Station - Tanda, District- Rampur.
A perusal of the FIR shows that the petitioners open fire at the house of the informant on 10.11.2018 at 11:45 hours, which caused gun-shot injury to Mateen son of Aslam.
F.I.R. discloses the cognizable offence as such it is not liable to be quashed.
However, it is directed that in case the petitioners appear and surrender before the court below and apply for bail, their prayer for bail shall be considered and decided expeditiously according to law and suitable order be passed in it.
With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of finally.
