JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
Heard.
Petitioner has challenged the Notice under Section 110(g) Cr.P.C. He has also submitted his reply before the S.D.M. concerned under Section 111 Cr.P.C.
The petition does not lies against such Notice as the matter is still under consideration before the S.D.M. concerned and no final order has been passed. The petition is accordingly dismissed for this reason but without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner before the S.D.M. concerned, who shall conclude the proceedings at the earliest, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard.
