Heard Sri Harish Chandra for the petitioner , Standing Counsel for State and Sri Abrar Ahmad for the contesting respondent-2.
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing General Manager, JalKal Vibhag, respondent-2 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner relating to post retiral dues.
It has been stated that the petitioner has retired from the post of Khalasi on 31.10.2016 but his post retiral dues as well as benefit of Assured Career Progression Scheme has not been provided to him. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to General Manager, JalKal Vibha, respondent-2 to decide the representation of the petitioner , expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
