Limited relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to dispose of Ext.P3 application submitted before the 1st respondent seeking survey and demarcation of the boundary of the petitioner's property. It is for the 1st respondent to consider the said application and to take appropriate steps with the help of the Taluk Surveyor after requiring the petitioner to comply with the requisite formalities. Interest of justice can be achieved by directing an early consideration and disposal of Ext.P3. 2. Therefore this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 and to take appropriate steps for disposal of the said application at the earliest possible, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
