JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 29
Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 4851 of 2018 Petitioner :- Naseem And 3 Others Respondent :- State Of U.P. Through Its Secretary Home Affairs U.P. At Lucknow And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Yogesh Kumar Srivastava,Noor Muhammad Counsel for Respondent :- G.A.
Hon'ble Vikram Nath,J. Hon'ble Ashok Kumar,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This petition for writ is before us with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 14.11.2017 bearing Case Crime No. 838 of 2017 pending investigation at Police Station Ramgarh, District Firozabad pertaining to the offences under Sections 342, 376, 511, 506 I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case on absolutely concocted facts. No case is made out against the petitioners for the offences referred in the present F.I.R.
Having considered the facts contained in the First Information Report, we do not find any just reason to quash the F.I.R. as that discloses commission of serious offence cognizable. No case is made out for interference in the matter.
The writ petition is dismissed.
