Order (Oral) We have heard learned counsel for parties and perused the pleadings of writ petition.
Towards the order dated 19.03.2012 passed in Writ Petition No. 1294 (MB) of 2008, on being orally summoned, Vice Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority, namely, Shri Rajneesh Dubey and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Shri Dhirendra Pratap Singh, are present in Court.
Shri Ravi Singh, learned counsel, appearing for respondent no. 4 and Smt. Bulbul Godiyal, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for Special Land Acquisition Collector, on instructions, state that the award would be notified tomorrow.
Further appearance of the officers is dispensed with and the writ petition is hereby disposed of.
