Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1, 2 and 3; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks a direction upon the investigating agency to conclude the investigation of Case Crime No.1156 of 2009, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 IPC, P.S.
Ghosi, District Mau.
It appears that there were number of suspects.
Charge sheet after investigation has been filed against one of them and investigation is stated to be pending against others.
As it appears that cognizance has been taken on the charge sheet, the appropriate course for the petitioner is to approach the court concerned.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
