The District Basic Education officer in compliance of aforesaid order of this Court is present before this Court. Application for exemption from personal appearance has also been filed on behalf of District Basic Education Officer, Mirzapur, in which he has stated that he has already withdrawn the order of suspension impugned in the writ petition. The application is accepted and the same is taken on record.
