Sri Raghu Bans Sahai, learned counsel for the opposite party has sent his illness slip, however, order sheet dated 28.3.2011 reflects that Sri Sanjay Singh has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite party.
Perusal of discharge application filed along with application dated 12.8.2012 reflects that as per annexure 5 to affidavit loan application of the petitioner was decided and rejected.
In such view of the matter, I find that the order of the Writ Court dated 24.11.2011 has been complied with.
Under such circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed. Contempt application is consigned to record.
