ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash First Information Report in Crime No.78/2012 of Eluru Rural Police Station for alleged offences under Sections 420 & 506 IPC.
2. None appeared for the petitioner.
3. Advocate for second respondent i.e., defacto-
complainant submitted that police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the same is registered as C.C.No.85/2014 and pending on the file of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition & Excise, Eluru, West Godavari District.
4. Since police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the legal remedies for challenging the charge sheet.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
