Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.06.2009 for further investigation which has been passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Ghaziabad in Case Crime No. 1713 of 2008, under Sections 420, 467, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Indrapuram, District Ghaziabad.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the matter is pending consideration before Consumer Forum, Ghaziabad and that the applicants will fully co-operate in the investigation and it is prayed that no coercive action be taken against them.
The present petition is finally disposed with a direction that in case, the applicants fully cooperates in the investigation, coercive action shall not be taken against them, unless cogent evidence is collected against them.
