The instant application has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Application 6c, filed by the petitioner, in Suit No. 116 of 2018 on the next date fixed i.e. 23.10.2018.
As the date fixed has already passed, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to move an application before the court concerned for expeditious disposal of the application 6C. In case the other side is duly served with notice of proceedings, the application of the petitioner shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law without unnecessary delay.
