JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court, by an order dated, 07.03.2016 in W.P.(MD).No.4539 of 2016, had directed the respondents to settle all the terminal benefits payable to the petitioner in 12 equal monthly installments commencing from 10.04.2016 with interest at 6% per annum. In case of default, the interest payable could be 18% per annum. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petitions.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, submitted that the order passed in the Writ petition has been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
3.Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
