398 of 2004 on the file of the Family Court-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District whereby the petition filed by the appellant – husband under Sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Guardian Wards Act, 1890 seeking to appoint him as Guardian to the minor child – Narumanchi Yasaskar, was dismissed.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the matter is settled out of Court and has become infructuous.
The above submission is placed on record and the C.M.A. is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the C.M.A., Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
