Narsinh vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|18 June, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 45 days for doing agricultural work.
This very convict has filed application through learned Advocate Mr.K.D.Parmar, wherein he has prayed for temporary bail for undertaking construction of his house. This is suggestive of the fact that the convict is filing applications for grant of temporary bail under all possible excuses. Hence, this application is found without any substance and the same is rejected.
Jail Authority is directed to make a note /remark in the history-sheet of the present convict about filing of these two applications at a time on two different grounds.
