1. Sri Ramesh Chandra Upadhyay, learned counsel for the respondent is absent when the matter is called out in the revised call.
2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court with the grievance that the petitioner has filed an appeal being Appeal against the cancellation of fair price shop and the same is pending before the Commissioner Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh and the same may be decided expeditiously.
3. Hence, without delving into the facts and as the State has not taken any objection if the Prayer No. b is granted hence the same is granted.
4. It is hoped by this Court that the Authority concerned would decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible not later than 31st December, 2018.
5. Without going into the merits of this case, this petition is partly allowed with the aforesaid observations.
