Learned counsel for the applicants is directed to serve respondent no. 2 through RPAD within a period of a week from today. Respondent no. 2 as well as learned A.G.A. may file a counter affidavit within three weeks.

List this case in the week commencing 16th August, 2010 before the appropriate Bench.

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of the aforesaid case no. 3592 of 2006, State Vs. Narsingh @ Pappu, under Sections 363/366 IPC arising out of case crime no. 571 of 2005, P.S. Vichuwa, District-Mainpuri, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, IInd Mainpur, shall remain stayed against the applicants.
