JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
To be heard along with Special Civil Application No.18201 of 2007. Interim relief in terms of Para 7(C) subject to condition that in case the petitioner looses his case, he shall return the amount with interest at the Bank rate. The petitioner shall file an undertaking to the said effect within a period of one week from today.
