(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) The Municipal authority is directed to file supplementary affidavit disclosing the date of filing of applications for sanction by all the private respondents and will also indicate whether such applications have been disposed of within 90 days from the date of filing of such applications. It will also disclose whether after disposal of such applications, the Municipal authority has communicated the decision of the Municipality regarding fate of the applications for sanctioned plan to concerned respondents and the mode of service of such communication upon those respondents. Let such affidavit be also given within ten days from today.
Reply, if any, to the supplementary affidavit be filed within a week thereafter.
Let the matter appear on April 19, 2012.
