JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr.Patel, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule for the State.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict, through his brother, for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to take care of the education of his children. The documents are produced, which show that the ground is genuine.
It appears from the jail report that the applicant - convict is in jail since July 2011 and he has not been released so far.
No other adverse circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court.
Under these circumstances, the applicant - convict be released on temporary bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his actual release on a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- with a surety of like amount with the further direction that the applicant - convict shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on expiry of the temporary bail period granted by this Court.
The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
