(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed through Jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days so as to attend the post death rituals of the convict's brother (father's elder brother's son). Real brother of the deceased has also filed Criminal Misc. Application No.10605 of 2012, who happens to the co-convict in this matter. Taking into consideration that co-convict, Bhimji has also filed an application for temporary bail on the same ground and taking into consideration the fact that the real brother has asked for bail, which is being considered for granting prayer, the other two applications cannot be considered.
2. This application therefore, is rejected.
