JUDGMENT / ORDER

Megha Chitaliya, Learned AGP, submits under the instructions of Mr.S.D.Mehta, Executive Engineer, Bhavnagar Irrigation Division, Bhavnagar that the workman-applicant shall be paid arrears of last drawn wages from March - 2011 till date on or before 16th July, 2012 and hereafter on or before 7th of every English Calendar month, he would be paid his last drawn wages. In this view of the matter, this Civil Application is disposed of, as nothing survives.
