1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner had earlier challenged the recovery proceedings in Writ-C No. 54638 of 2017, which was disposed of by the order dated 17.11.2017. At present, the petitioner seeks to raise challenge to the recovery on the ground that the earlier recovery for the dues of his father (since deceased), is being made from the petitioner individually and no part of that liability has been apportioned between the petitioner and his brother who is equally liable.
3. In view of the fact that this is a second writ petition, no challenge of this nature can be entertained.
4. The present writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
