JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Aspi Kapadia, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that respondents have been served. Affidavit of direct service shall be filed today in the course of the day. Ms. Nisha Thakore, learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the officer of the respondent is present as requested by this Court. However, the copy of the petition is not available with the office of the Government Pleader. Hence, Mr. Kapadia, learned Advocate shall serve additional copy of the petition today. S.O. to 9.8.2012.
