1. Learned advocate Ms. Yajnik submitted that the Official Liquidator has not put up the property in question for sale and in near future the Official Liquidator is, in any case not going to put up the property in question i.e. Plot No.30, GIDC for disposal. In furtherance of the said submission she also relied upon the order dated 18/01/2012 passed in OLR No.124 of 2011 under which only particular properties are allowed to be disposed of and the property in question is not one of those properties. She submitted that the cause for the applicant's grievance does not survive for the present and the application may be disposed of.
2. Learned advocate Mr. Dave for the applicant has submitted that in view of the submission of learned advocate for the Official Liquidator, the applicant would like to amend the application so as to incorporate appropriate relief/request. For the said purpose, he requested for time.
