RESPONDENTS ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to award interest on the market value, solatium and additional market value from the dates of awards to the date of realisation instead of from the dates of Section 28-A applications.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition that the matter is covered by an earlier judgment of this Court in the case of Government of A.P., rep. by its Secretary, Irrigation & CAD Department v.

3. Following the above referred judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed directing the respondents herein to pay interest on the market value, solatium and additional market value to the petitioners from the dates of the respective awards, instead of from the dates of Section 28-A applications. No order as to costs. As a sequel, W.P.M.Ps., if any shall stand closed.
