Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. C.M. Shah who submits that the trial has commenced and panch witnesses have been examined by the Trial Court and the matter is fixed tomorrow for recording of the evidence of the other witnesses.

In view of the above, it is further submitted that the Trial Court is likely to complete the trial in the near future.

Hence, learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application at this stage. Permission as prayed for is granted.

This application is disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged.
