1. Learned counsel Mr.Tushar L. Sheth for the applicants states that in Criminal Appeal No.1747 of 2009, on 09.02.2010, the Division Bench of this Court has passed the following order:-
"The present appeal is filed by accused No.1, Nehulbhai Narendrabhai Rughani - the husband of the deceased.
Learned advocate Mr.Tushar L. Sheth for the appellant submitted that an appeal filed by co-accused, accused Nos.2 and 4 - father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, being Criminal Appeal No. 1408 of 2009 is admitted by this Court (Coram: M.D. Shah, J.) on 6.8.2009.
Heard learned advocate for the appellant.
Admit.
The Registry is directed to list Criminal Appeal No.1408 of 2009 along with this appeal."
2. In view of the above, learned advocate Mr.Sheth states that this matter also be tagged along with the said Criminal Appeal No.1747 of 2009.
3. Hence, the Registry is directed to tag this matter along with Criminal Appeal No.1747 of 2009.
