Heard Mr.Amit Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant, and Mr.L.M. Medipalli, learned counsel for respondent No.1.
On 20th March, 2012 this Court has directed the applicant to deposit Rs.15,000/- towards the amount of maintenance within 20 days from 20th March, 2012. Today the applicant is personally present before the Court and states that he has not deposited the amount as directed, but will deposit the same within two days.

Medipalli, learned counsel states that he states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent No.1 and will file his Vakalatnama.
On the next date of hearing, i.e. 01st May, 2012, the applicant shall produce copy of receipt showing deposition of Rs.15,000/-.
