JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr. Shastri, learned advocate for the applicants, and Mr. Patel, learned AGP, for the opponent - State.
For the purpose of present application, Mr. Shastri, learned advocate for the applicants, has restricted his request to the relief prayed for in para 5(b) of present application, i.e. to condone the delay of 455 causing in preferring application seeking restoration of the writ petition being Special Civil Application No.16735 of 2010.
Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the contesting parties and considering the explanation tendered in support of the delay caused, the applicants have made out sufficient and satisfactory grounds to condone the delay caused in preferring the application seeking restoration of the Special Civil Application No.16735 of 2010. Therefore, the request as prayed for is granted. The delay of 455 days caused in preferring the application is condoned.
The application is allowed in terms of para 5(b).
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
