Following order has been passed by this Court (Coram: S.R.Brahmbhatt,J.) on 12-1-2010:
"Shri Tarak Damani, learned advocate appearing on behalf of Shri B.M. Mangukiya for the applicant seeks time to place on record the legible copy of the document at page 26. Time as sought for is granted. Matter, at his request, is adjourned to 19th January,2010."
When the matter is called in the first round, learned advocate for the petitioner is not present. In the second round in the second sessions also, he is absent. Though the petitioner has been permitted to place on record the legible copy of the document at page 26 vide afore referred order, the petitioner has not complied with the same till date. Hence, this application is rejected.
In view of the above order of rejection, Appeal From Order (Stamp) No. 338 of 2009 is also disposed of.
