Heard learned advocate Mr.Vijay Patel for H.L.Patel Advocates and learned advocate Mr.Sudhanshu Patel for the petitioners in both these matters and Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents-State and perused the relevant papers annexed with these applications more particularly, the copy of F.I.R., so also copies of revenue records annexed with this application and the order dated 13.05.2010 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.50958 of 2010.
Having considered the submissions and the above referred papers, Rule returnable on 09.04.2012.
