The dispute raised in this writ petition is purely civil in nature which requires adjudication of question of facts, which cannot be done in writ proceeding. The petitioner, if so advised, may approach the civil court of competent jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance.

The writ petition has no merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
