The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Narendra, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.192 of 2017, under Sections- 379, 411 IPC, Police Station- Kotwali City District- Bulandshahr, during pendency of trial.
Applicant has criminal history of five cases given in paragraph-10 of the affidavit filed in support of the application.
Keeping in view of the criminal antecedents of the applicant, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.The applicant is on interim anticipatory bail by order of this court dated 10.2.2021.The interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant is cancelled.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
