This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:
"(i) A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned advertisement No.2 of 2014 dated 07-11.2014 issued by respondent no.2 and subsequent proceeding for filing 2498 post of institutors in Govt. Industrial Training Institute in U.P. (Annexure No.4 of the Writ Petition)."
After the arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners want to withdraw the writ petition and, therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as prayed.
