From perusal of the report of the police station Bilari, District Moradabad dated 24.7.2021, it is evident that the petitioner herein is wanted in case crime no. 22 of 2021 under Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1950 and avoiding the investigation.
We, therefore, do not find it a fit case for interference. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
