JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
Appeal is admitted.
Notice has been accepted by the learned A.G.A. on behalf of the State.
The Appellant has been convicted and sentenced under sections 323, 504 I.P.C. and section 3(1)(X) SC/ST Act with the maximum sentence of two years R.I. and fine of Rs. 500/- under section 3(1)(X) SC/ST Act.
It is contended that the appellant is on interim bail under section 389(3) Cr.P.C.
Considering the above circumstance and nature of case, the appellant is admitted to bail during the pendency of the appeal.
Let appellant Narendra Singh @ Shukla Singh convicted and sentenced on 20.5.2010 in S.T.406/1998 by the Special Judge, SC/ST Act (P.A.) Act/F.T.C. No. 6, Hardoi, be enlarged on bail on his executing personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. Bail application stands disposed of.
