The wife filed O.P. No. 741/2012 on the file of the Family Court, Alappuzha for recovery of gold ornaments and money. The same has been transferred to the Family Court, Mavelikkara and renumbered as O.P. No. 106/2013. The husband has filed O.P. No. 582/2012 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvalla for a declaration of the marriage as null and void. Both the wife as well as the husband are working abroad. But both the cases have to be jointly tried since the issues are intertwined. The husband has no objection to O.P. No. 582/2012 being transferred to the Family Court, Mavelikkara. I therefore order transfer of O.P. No. 582/2012 from the Family Court, Thiruvalla to the Family Court, Mavelikkara. The transferee court shall issue notice to the parties.
The Transfer Petitions are disposed of.
