1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
2. Petitioners have filed this writ petition claiming compensation for causing damage of petitioners' crops which remain unpaid under Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, which according to petitioners is liable to be paid by respondent nos. 2 and 3. In our view, competent authrity may consider petitioners' grievance and pass an appropriate order.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits, we dispose of writ petition permitting petitioners to make an appropriate representation before authority concerned alongwith certified copy of this Order within ten days from today and on receiving such representation, authority concerned shall pass a resoned order expeditiously and in any case, within two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
