Radha Kumari (respondent-5) is present in Court and has been identified by Sri Ashutosh Prasad Shukla. She claims herself to be major and has filed her Aadhaar card showing her date of birth as 01.01.1999. She states that she had voluntarily married to Narendra Pal (petitioner-1).
In view of the statement of Radha Kumari (respondent-5), the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.81 of 2019 under Sections 366, 506, IPC, P.S. Baheri, district Bareilly till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. The petitioners shall cooperate in the investigation.
