JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been given employment on compassionate grounds. Vide order dated 16.8.2012, Annexure-1, petitioner has been asked to join in Gopal Narain Inter College, Rupaipur, District Sultanpur, on the post of Junior Clerk. However, he has not been allowed to join on the permise that the post is not available.
Issue notice to respondent nos.6 and 7, returnable in four weeks.
In the meantime, let counter affidavit be filed.
