This writ petition has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking the direction to the respondents not to harass/torture the petitioner in pursuant to the First Information Report dated 14.01.2019 in Case Crime No.04/2019, u/s 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station-Ramala, District-Baghpat. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
Submission of the counsel for petitioner is that the petitioner is not the accused in the present case but yet the police is harassing him and a direction to the police not to do so has been sought by the counsel during the course of his argument.
Heard learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
There is absolutely no matter to substantiate the submissions that have been raised by the counsel. At any rate if the petitioner is having any such grievance, he shall be at liberty to move an application before the S.S.P./S.P. concerned expressing his grievances. If the petitioner moves any such application before the S.S.P./S.P. concerned, he shall look into the same and do the needful in accordance with law as he deems proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
