The cause list of fresh cases has been revised.
There is a delay in filing of the appeal and the appellants have also sought leave to appeal. The stamp reporter also reports that there is deficiency in Court fee which does not appear to have been made good for which an application has been moved.
None appears to press the the aforesaid application.
Apart from this, learned counsel for the State informs that this identical issue on merits has already been decided by another co-ordinate Bench in Special Appeal No.812 of 2018 and all the special appeals have been dismissed.
The appeal accordingly stands dismissed for all the aforesaid reasons.
