Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2, the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad to expeditiously decide the Revision no.1124/2017, District Aligarh, 'Narendra Kumar & another Vs. Purva Madhyamik Vidyalay & others, u/s 210 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, pending before it."
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the Board of Revenue may endeavour to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.
