Present writ petition has been filed in the year 2018.
Order sheet reveals that the matter has been repeatedly adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. The petition was eventually dismissed for want of prosecution on 04.01.2019. Though, restoration application was filed and writ petition was restored, however, again the matter was adjourned on repeated illness slips.
Today, Shri B.P.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to file rejoinder affidavit.
As the counter affidavit was served in the year 2018 itself and the matter was once dismissed for want of prosecution, yet no rejoinder affidavit has been filed, we decline the request of learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is still not ready for the arguments.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
