1. Heard Sri Abhishek, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
2. It is contended by learned counsel for petitioner that his license of Deed Writer under U. P. Document Writers Licensing Rules, 1977 has been suspended vide order dated 17.12.2018 due to his absence from 19.09.2015 to 02.02.2016 without intimation and though he has submitted reply in the proceedings, but no final decision has been taken till date.
3. Learned Standing Counsel fairly submitted that in case such proceedings is pending and has not been decided so far, the same would be decided expeditiously.
4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent-2 to take final decision in the matter in accordance with law, if no final decision has been taken till date, preferably within one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
